Wake & Bake Yoga - MPLS

Start your Sunday with a chill yoga flow class that introduces you to ganja plant medicine*. You will move through juicy dynamic stretches, focus on release through the sacral (hip) region, and build into Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). The class ends with a Shiva meditation to honor the plant's connection to yoga.

Doors open at 10:30 for check-in and shopping, class wil begin promptly at 10:45am.

Bring your Yoga mat and anything else you like for practice, including flower.

Edibles will be available for purchase through the retailer.
